I learned this morning that there is website that has posted several
articles on the Susan Mokdad and co-defendant and the Pre Se Litigate
Movement. Thank you Gary, this is greatly appreciated. I did not know if
Gary was died or alive, for both he I went through this HELL too. Gary
and I first met while investigating the Waco case. There are thing still
untold about what happened in Waco. Gary Hunt is the Editor and Publisher
of Outpost of Freedom. I am the former Editor and Publisher of (REBS)
Religious Educational Books Service (a former affiliate of AP&A and RBDH)
and Survival & Rescue Press. S&RP published or re-printed 110,000 pieces of literature
exposing corruption in the Judicial System and the New World Order before
we were silenced.

Judge Merryday is stone-walling this case. This case was remmanded back to the
District Court on October 29, 2001 and a decision or rehearing has not
taken place as is required by law. I believe that if reheard the
defendants would go free, at least, the few who are still alive. This
truely is a case of mis-carriage of justice and abuse by those who are in
