Summary: Don Bloom and his 13yr. old son were driving home
when they were pulled over for doing 59 in a 55 zone
(allthough trooper claimed it was 45 we have proof it was 55).
When the trooper Contreras got out of her vehicle
she admits she had her tasar pointed at Don's chest.
He asked her for her credentials, oath, bond, commission and
general ID. This made her so angry, that he wanted this before
he gave her his, she admitts to tasaring him. She also beat him
in the face, while she was assaulting, him he put his hands
up to block the blows to his face, she pulled at his
coat sleave and in the process she pulled his hand down
into her face and then charged him with resisting arrest and
4th degree assault of her.
At the arraignmet the next day he attempted to file criminal
charges against her but the magistrate refused to take
testimony or charges. Then he went to the troopers post and
was told, "We don't arrest troopers".
