Town Of Vienna Operating Without Required Bonding,Officers Can't Perform Duties
Is it possible that an entire town in the State of New York is operating illegally?That appears to be the case in the Town of Vienna, Oneida County.And it appears that Vienna taxpayers have grounds to bring suit against each of the town officers for the repayment of compensation that each have collected unlawfully since at least 1999.Suppose one of Vienna's public officers decides to pocket $100,000?The taxpayers, not an insurance company, are going to be the ones footing the tab for any missing money from town coffers.
