There's an aptly numbered proposition on California's ballot next month. Proposition 69. It guarantees you'll get screwed. It allows the state to collect DNA samples on everyone arrested. Not convicted, not even charged. Arrested. And regardless of the outcome, it's kept forever and shared with, well, anyone who wants it, basically. And with all the laws on the book, anyone can be arrested at anytime for something. It's the war on terror all right. I'm already terrified -- Rollye
