South Dakota Campaign
Currently, J.A.I.L. is leading a campaign in South Dakota to qualify for the 2006 ballot. Collectors of signatures of South Dakota registered voters need only be 18 years or older and a citizen of the U.S.
They may be from any state and need not be registered voters themselves.
People in S.D. are eager to sign the petition and the vast majority are registered voters.
